Aspire Clarksville is a privately-funded economic development and community marketing initiative for Clarksville-Montgomery County, Tennessee. Now entering its fourth four-year phase, huge returns can be seen.

In addition to significant job growth, Corporate Business Park South is open, Commerce Park - Clarksville's Megasite has been sold to Dow Corning and Hemlock Semiconductor L.L.C., and Gateway Medical Center recently opened a new 270-bed hospital.

Tourism spending in Montgomery County is at a 10-year high, and AAU National Basketball Championships will be hosted in Clarksville in 2010.

Montgomery County's per capita income has increased significantly in recent years, which was one of the original goals of the Aspire Clarksville movement over ten years ago. In 2004, Montgomery County was ranked 10th in the state. In 2005, Montgomery County was ranked 7th in the state. In 2006, Montgomery County is ranked 5th in the state with a per capita income of $35,232 - ahead of both Hamilton (Chattanooga) and Knox (Knoxville) counties, two leading communities in growth and development in the state.
